Orders can only be cancelled before the item has shipped for a refund.

We cannot accept returns on generators unless the item is broken or defective. 

When returning your product (eligible for a refund), please keep the following in mind:

1.All returns must be authorized before return. If you require a return, please send an email to Support@yesgenerator.com including your name, order number and reason you are requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all included parts, pieces, and accessories. All refunds and returns must be requested within thirty(30) days of receiving your product(s).

3.Any first time, outbound freight will not be refunded. Any returned items are subject to a restocking fee up to twenty percent (20%).

4.According to federal law, you must drain all the gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids from your generator before shipping it back to us. Gas caps and oil plugs must be left off for 24 hours before shipping. 

5.You are responsible for any liabilities that result from not complying with the law when sending back your product.

6.We don’t issue refunds for items that have been misused, modified or damaged. 

7.We don’t issue refunds for items that have not been used according to product instructions provided.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
