FAQS

1. After purchasing the yesgenerator generator, when can I receive it?

1. If you are a customer in the three countries of Germany/Poland/Czech Republic, we will deliver it for free

Within two working days of receiving the order, the warehouse will start to deploy the generator you specified, and then hand it over to the courier company after checking that it is correct. The courier company will deliver according to your address, usually within 3-5 working days. To your address, please sign for receipt in time.

2. Customers from other regions in Europe

Our delivery warehouse is in Poland, and the length of time is determined according to the distance between the Polish warehouse and your receiving address. Generally, ideally, it will be delivered to your address within one week. It is not ruled out here that force majeure factors will affect the time limit of express delivery. Here we cannot guarantee the time 100%, please understand!

2. Can I use my generator 24/7?

We recommend running it for no longer than 14 hours with a 2-3 hour break in between.

3.How to maintain the generator?

1. Add gasoline stabilizer to the fuel tank or empty the gasoline
Generally speaking, gasoline will undergo oxidative deterioration if it is left for more than 30 days, especially ethanol gasoline. Spoiled gasoline can form acid and gum deposits in the oil system, including the carburetor. These deposits will adhere to internal parts such as carburetor needle valves and nozzles, causing carburetor blockage, difficulty in starting or accelerated flameout, etc. Therefore, when the generator is not used for a long time, gasoline stabilizer or It is very convenient to directly empty the gasoline in the engine (carburetor and fuel tank), and use gasoline stabilizer. Before the engine is not used for a long time, just add an appropriate amount of gasoline stabilizer to the gasoline in the fuel tank, and then run the engine for 2 minutes to make the stabilizer flow through the entire oil circuit system, then the gasoline will not deteriorate, if you do not want to use gasoline stabilizer agent, then you must empty the gasoline in the oil circuit. The specific operation is: unscrew the oil drain bolt at the bottom of the engine carburetor, and completely drain the gasoline in the fuel tank and carburetor into a safe container for storage.

2. Replace the engine oil that has been used for a long time in the engine
The old engine oil loses its lubricating performance due to high temperature oxidation, and there are many abrasive particles formed by metal or oxide precipitation. If not replaced regularly, the expired engine oil and its fine particles will greatly accelerate engine wear and reduce engine life (it is recommended to change the engine oil every 50 hours, and the recommended viscosity is 10W-30 engine oil).

3. Replace the spark plug
Since the spark plug works in the combustion chamber of the engine and has been in the harsh environment of high temperature and high pressure for a long time, it is a vulnerable part. If it is still used after the economic life is exceeded, it will not be conducive to the power and economy of the engine and should be replaced in time (at least Spark plugs need to be replaced once a year).

4. Clean or replace the air filter
In order to prevent impurity particles in the air from entering the carburetor and cylinder of the engine, and avoid abnormal wear of the engine and clogging of the carburetor, the engine must replace the air filter element regularly (under normal engine conditions, it needs to be replaced every 100 hours of use) Air filter element, if the engine works in a dusty place for a long time, the frequency of replacing the air filter element should be faster.

DO NOT expose the unit to extreme conditions, excessive dust, dirt, moisture or corrosive vapours.

4. WHEN OPERATING EQUIPMENT

DO NOT operate this product inside any  building, carport, porch, mobile equipment, marine applications, or enclosure.
DO NOT tip engine or equipment at angle  which causes fuel to spill.
DO NOT stop engine by moving choke  control to" Start position.

5.Low Oil Shutdown

If the engine oil drops below a preset level, an oil switch will stop the engine. Check oil level with dipstick.

If oil level is between LOW and HIGH mark on dipstick:

1.DO NOT try to restart the engine.

2.Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.

3.DO NOT operate engine until oil level is corrected.

If oil level is below LOW mark on dipstick:

1.Add oil to bring level to HIGH mark.

2.Restart engine and if the engine stops again a low oil condition may still exist. DO NOT try to restart the engine.

3.Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.

4.DO NOT operate engine until oil level is corrected.

6.WHEN ADDING OR DRAINING FUEL

  • Turn generator engine OFF and let it cool at least 2 minutes before removing fuel cap. Loosen cap slowly to relieve pressure in tank.
  • Fill or drain fuel tank outdoors.
  • DO NOT overfill tank. Allow space for fuel expansion.
  • If fuel spills, wait until it evaporates before starting engine.
  • Check fuel lines, tank, cap, and fittings frequently for cracks or leaks. Replace if necessary.
  • DO NOT light a cigarette or smoke.

7.WHEN OPERATING EQUIPMENT

DO NOT tip engine or equipment at angle which causes fuel to spill.

DO NOT stop engine by moving choke control to “Start” position.

DO NOT operate this product inside any  building, carport, porch, mobile equipment, marine applications, or enclosure.

8.WHEN TRANSPORTING, MOVING OR REPAIRING EQUIPMENT

Transport/move/repair with fuel tank EMPTY or with fuel shutoff valve OFF.

DO NOT tip engine or equipment at angle which causes fuel to spill.

Disconnect spark plug wire.

9.Can I convert my generator to run on natural gas or propane?

No, we do not sell or recommend conversion kits as it would count as a modification and void the warranty.

Our generator was engineered and tested to an OEM specific fuel, if this fuel is change it will cause engine damage.

10.Is there a break-in period?

Changing the oil after the first 25 hours of use is the only break in procedure we recommend.
